In 2011, Marcia set up MED Executive Coaching & Consultancy LTD following a number of years operating as an independent consultant and completing an Institute of Leadership and Management Executive Coaching course.
Marcia is a member of the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC), which provides the ethical standards for a practicing Coach.Marciabelieves that coaching individuals or organisational teams to enhance performance or embrace changes within any organisation can have outstanding long term benefits and can be an invaluable resource when considering individual or organisational development.
With a diverse public sector background, particularly in social care, Marcia’s excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation has made her a credible and effective coach, training consultant and change agent.

Since graduating from university with First-class honors, Summer has forged a successful career in Human Resource Management specialising in learning and development.
Establishing her own consultancy in 2007, Summer has had notable success designing and delivering innovative training programmes and practice development toolkits; work which has been recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management for its ability to affect real change through demonstrable shifts in behaviours, skills, corporate culture and leadership.

Sharon Scott, Associate
MBA, Grad CIPD, BA Honours, ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring
Sharon Scott is a Learning and Development (L&D) professional with 23 years experience 12 of these in a leadership role. Sharon has held a number of positions in local authorities as an L&D practitioner and manager, worked within the voluntary sector and a higher education institute.
Sharon has mentored social workers on BA and Master’s degree programmes and latterly she was involved in a black women’s network which supported and positioned individuals for leadership roles.
She has established L&D initiatives with and on behalf of charitable organizations with a focus on visioning and strategy development, safeguarding and business planning. Sharon has been one of the London representatives on the Learn to Care committee a social care workforce development group for L&D professionals for the past 3 years which has made a significant contribution to the social care workforce agenda. Sharon holds membership of CIPD and believes in the investment of learning.
Lloyd Bryson, Associate
MA, BA (Hons), PgDIP in HR, Diplomas in Coaching and Work place Mediation.
Lloyd established his own HR and Coaching company in 2005 and is a Careers & Executive Coach with a proven and excellent track record of goal orientated success through empowering and motivating individuals to achieve personal, professional and organisational change. Lloyd adopts a honest, challenging and robust approach to coaching. As a lateral thinker, with a ‘can do’ attitude he supports individuals to deliver operational and strategic organisational solutions. He is an avid user of creative thinking and emotional intelligence techniques that empowers others to think of issues in new ways.
He is also an experienced HR professional who has worked in both the public and not for profit sectors for over 20 years. He has worked at strategic and operational levels in large complex and unionised organisations and has an impressive record of supporting managers and staff through various HR processes including TUPE and restructures. Lloyd has an astonishing record of equipping individuals with the right approach to ‘get the job’ they want. He also brings a successful track record of facilitating and restoring harmonious working relationships in workplace conflict situations.
He has worked with clients from the Local authorities, the NHS and Charities.
